1. Information We Collect
When you send a plumbing service request, we collect your name, phone number, city, ZIP code, the service you need, how soon you need help and your description of the problem. You may also provide an email address and a preferred contact method. We record the exact consent wording you agreed to and the time you agreed, along with the page you arrived on, the referring page, any campaign tags and a hashed network identifier used only for spam prevention. General questions sent through our contact form (name, email, subject and message) are stored separately from plumbing requests.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to review your request, check available coverage in your area, prevent spam and abuse, and arrange referrals. We do not use your request information for unrelated marketing.
3. Sharing With Plumbing and Restoration Providers
With your request consent, your information may be shared with one or more independent plumbing providers so they can contact you about the work. For relevant services, the form may ask optional water-damage questions, such as whether the issue caused damage and whether water is actively leaking. Answering these questions — or expressing interest in a water-damage assessment — never authorizes a restoration referral on its own. Only when you separately check the restoration authorization box may we share your relevant contact and property information with an independent restoration provider so they can contact you about an assessment. Declining or skipping the offer does not affect your plumbing request, and this website never contacts a restoration company automatically.
4. Photos and Follow-Up Requests
After speaking with us, you may receive a secure link to add notes and photos of the plumbing issue to your original inquiry. These links expire, are tied to one specific request and cannot be used to view anyone else’s information. Photos are stored privately, are never made public, and can only be retrieved through authorized, temporary access.
5. Security and Data Retention
Customer records and photos are not public, and access is limited to authorized administrators and the service infrastructure that operates the site. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please do not include payment card numbers, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive details in your request. Records are kept only as long as needed to handle requests, meet operational needs and satisfy applicable obligations. A specific retention schedule must be finalized before launch and is flagged for review.
6. Your Privacy Choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Optional questions — such as the water-damage screening and the restoration assessment offer — can simply be left unanswered, and declining them never affects your plumbing request.
7. Cookies and Website Analytics
The site uses session storage in your browser to remember the page you arrived on and any campaign tags during your visit, and staff sign-in uses necessary authentication storage. Optional marketing and analytics integrations are not currently configured. Independent plumbing and restoration providers have their own privacy practices, which govern their handling of your information once it is shared with them.
8. Contact Us
Privacy questions, including access, correction and deletion requests, can be sent through our Contact page. A dedicated privacy contact address is configured in the site settings and will be published here once it is active; until then it is intentionally not displayed.
